The 1st September is #CapClassiqueDay and to celebrate the Cap Classique Association and Jordan Wine Estate have brought together 5 producers from 5 different wine regions in a magical Cap Classique dinner at Jordan Restaurant.
One producer from Durbanville, Stellenbosch, Robertson, Bot River, and Franschhoek will highlight diversity, and the winemakers will demonstrate how terroir can influence the styles of Cap Classique.
Chef George Jardine has put together a decadent 4-course seasonal menu and paired each course with a different Cap Classique to bring out the fine nuances and finesse of each one. This is going to be an exceptional evening celebrating Cap Classique, delicious food, impeccable service, and fantastic company at this first-of-a-kind special event.
